Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@accessoriesplus.net with your order number and a photo of the item.
