The SFS Dekfast #12 Fastener is engineered for secure insulation and cover board attachment to steel and wood roof decks. Its sharp drill point cuts through gravel, BUR, and other roof layers with ease, while the 13 threads per inch design delivers excellent pull-out values in multiple substrates.
Coated with a cathodic epoxy e-coat for corrosion protection, this fastener is ideal for commercial roofing applications and is approved under the Florida Building Code (FL20311). It features a #3 Phillips drive head and a recessed low-profile design for smooth installation under membrane systems.
